Taiko now has been live one year. Many artists have sold their creations through the new online marketplace for visual art, and some of the artists have even sold several artworks.
Most artworks, 27 paintings, has sold the Kuusamo-based Päivi Ollila. Her painting Those days are gone was the very first artwork sold on Taiko. The sale took place on Taiko's launch day the 30th of November 2016.

Elina Liikanen, the established artist from Helsinki, has sold both graphic art and paintings through Taiko. She has sold altogether 16 artworks within one year.

Photo artist Vesa Aaltonen has sold altogether 14 art photos with themes from nature and the artist's home town Turku. Vesa's artworks are printed on aluminum panels and they are ready to hang.

Päivi Hintsanen lives in Jyväskylä and sells graphic art on Taiko. She has sold ten artworks.
"In my art real places are mixed with fictitious places and spaces, and the elements of reality glimpse in the imaginary world."

The Vantaa-based artist Satu Laurel has sold nine paintings on Taiko. She describes her artworks as visual stories that evolve according to the viewers' interpretations.
"Painting for me means mainly bringing out the hidden beauty", Satu says.

Lotta Leka lives in Turku and sells graphic art on Taiko. Lotta has sold eight graphic prints.
"My artworks can be interpratated in various ways. It's up to the viewers decide what kind of findings they come up with", Lotta says.
